Quarto tempo per Tony Arbolino, indietro gli altri italiani
Moto2 Gp San Marino e della Riviera di Rimini Misano Prove 1 – Aron Canet si è aggiudicato il primo turno di pre-qualifiche della classe Moto2 al Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli, 13esima tappa del Motomondiale 2024.
Il pilota del Team Fantic Motor ha portato la sua Kalex in vetta con il tempo di 1:35.561, crono che gli ha permesso di precedere di 0.131s il nostro Celestino Vietti, rider Red Bull Ajo.
Terzo e quarto tempo per Manuel Gonzalez (Gresini Racing) e per il nostro Tony Arbolino, rider Marc VDS Racing Team. Alle spalle del pilota di Garbagnate Milanese (il più veloce della sessione mattutina, ndr) troviamo Albert Arenas (Gresini Racing), Ai Ogura (MT Helmets – MSI) e Alonso Lopez (SpeedUp).
In Top Ten anche Somkiat Chantra (Team Asia), Fermin Aldeguer (SpeedUp) e Filip Salac (Marc VDS Racing Team). In Q2 provvisoria anche Marcos Ramirez (OnlyFans American Racing Team), Diogo Moreira (Italtrans Racing Team), Jake Dixon (Aspar) e Izan Guevara (Aspar).
La wild card Mattia Pasini in pista con la SpeedUp del Team Ciatti Boscoscuro, ha chiuso 22esimo, mentre Dennis Foggia (Italtrans Racing Team) è 23esimo.
