Casey Stoner, fresh from his victory at Phillip Island, is preparing to take part in the penultimate race aboard the Ducati. As is well known, the 2007 world champion will be riding an official Team HRC Honda next year. The Australian would like to end the season well, giving Ducati the last satisfactions of a rather troubled 2010. The word is up to him.

“At Estoril I achieved a mix of different results, some poor, some very good, like my first victory in 250cc, in 2005. Then a podium in 2007, a problem with the camera in 2008 (the on-board camera is exited its seat during the race, ed.), another podium in 2009... Indeed, last year we were fast but Jorge was even faster: he is very strong there and I think we should expect him to be fast again next Sunday. We just need to be able to find a good setup. We know that on this track there are many bumps and given that our bike generally reacts "aggressively" on potholes, we need to see if we can find the most suitable settings to manage this situation. If we look at the last three races, the GP10 actually worked well in all conditions so we feel quite confident."
