MotoGP – Preview Estoril – Nicky Hayden will try to end the season well

Nicky Hayden is ready to face the penultimate race of the 2010 world championship. The Ducati rider who will team up with Valentino Rossi next year is determined to achieve a good result on the Portuguese Estoril track. The word is up to him.

“We are in sight of the end of the season, ahead of us are the last two chances to do well and get a good result so it's now or never as far as this year is concerned. The Portuguese track is quite normal, nothing really special apart from a very fast section with the back straight, my favorite part, and a very, very slow chicane at the end of the lap, so much so that I think it is even the slowest of the whole calendar of MotoGP. The track is very narrow and therefore challenging and as the track is close to the ocean, like Phillip Island, there is generally a lot of wind and the possibility of variable weather conditions. In any case, we are ready to face any situation to try to finish the season in a positive way."
