Gp Jerez MotoGP Ducati Pramac- Spanish Grand Prix comeback for the Team Ducati Pramac riders. Both started from the middle of the pack, and both had problems at the start.

Danilo Petrucci started from eleventh place and found himself fifteenth due to an error at the start. Lap after lap, keeping pace with those fighting for fifth position, he managed to recover up to seventh place.

These are the words of Danilo Petrucci: “It was a great race. I'm really happy. It was just a shame to have started so badly. In the first lap it was tough then I started to recover positions because the race pace was really good. I had a good battle with Rossi but in those two laps I lost contact with Vinales. I tried to get it back by pushing. I got really close but there was no margin to attempt an attack. I thank the team because the bike went really well today."

On the other side of the garage, despite the better starting position, Scott Redding also had a difficult start. Due to an error he found himself in 20th position, but keeping a good pace he managed to recover up to eleventh position, stopping just over 2 seconds behind Valentino Rossi.

These are Scott Redding's offspring: “Unfortunately I got a bad start and in the first laps I really struggled because I felt I had no grip on the rear. I couldn't push and I wasn't able to defend myself from the attacks of the other riders and a contact with Baz made me spin very wide. I tried to stay focused to recover and in the end I managed to gain a lot of positions. All in all it wasn't bad but it's clear that it could have been done better."
