Moto3 Jerez 2015 QP: the Hondas of Fabio Quartararo and Danny Kent are ahead, but the Austrian KTMs are closing in on the first races of the season. In this situation Romano Fenati managed to finish the qualifying session in 8th position (1'47.355) just half a second behind the pole man. The Sky Racing Team VR46 driver, collaborating with the very fast Kent and exchanging wakes several times, will start from a promising third row tomorrow.
Andrea Migno's race, however, will be more uphill as he, still suffering from his left shoulder, was unable to do better than 27th position on the grid (1'48.155). In the race Andrea will have to battle right away and have a faster pace in certain critical points to try to stay in the top 15 group.

“I'm really happy – explained Romano Fenati, beaming – because we obtained the same position as in qualifying in Argentina and this is a strong sign of continuity for us. We are working very well, we are growing and the feeling with the bike is improving from time to time. Today we faced qualifying with a new setting and the results were more than satisfactory. I thank the whole team for putting me in a position to work at my best.”

“I wasn't able to make the most of the tires and get the time I would have liked – stated Andrea Migno. There are still some points on the track where I can't keep the right pace. I was hoping to start later but tomorrow I'm ready for the battle. It will be an uphill race, also due to the pain in my shoulder, which continues to hurt a little. I am continuing the rehabilitation work and I hope this will help me feel less discomfort.”
