MotoGP: Sepang Test, Day 3: Alvaro Bautista “We are making progress but there is still a lot of work to do”

Alvaro Bautista closes the Sepang tests with the 7th fastest time, just over a second from the top. The Gresini team rider and his technicians continued to work intensely in synergy with Showa managers to gather useful information for fine-tuning the suspension. A long and painstaking work that will soon bear fruit.

“The great heat that had provided us in the previous days came with decidedly more effort on the track – said Gresini – However, this did not affect us in carrying out the work of fine-tuning the Showa suspensions. We are making progress but there is still a lot of work to do and for us the main objective remains to be ready for the start of the season on the Qatar track. We are gathering a lot of information that will be useful for the next tests that we will do here in Sepang at the end of February. ”
