Valentino Rossi is ready to return to the track at Motegi after the bad crash in Aragon. Despite the crash on Sunday, the Yamaha rider has good memories of the Spanish weekend and can't wait to get on track at Motegi to tackle the first of three non-European trips. The word is up to him.
“Aragon was a very difficult race weekend, but there were also many positive aspects. First of all, the bike was really ok for the race. I immediately felt good on the bike as soon as I arrived on the grid. In the first laps I was able to make some good overtakings and stay with the first three riders. My team did a really good job. Another positive thing is that I didn't hurt anything, apart from the big headache in the days following the fall! Now I feel very good and I can't wait to get on track for the three consecutive races overseas, because I have a good feeling with the bike and the team is working very well. The fight for second place is getting interesting, we will try to get the best result possible! Japan is not one of my favorite tracks, but Aragon wasn't either, but apart from the crash we did very well. It's also Yamaha's home GP and we will do our best to get a good result!”
