MotoGP – Losail QP1 – Pedrosa wants to finish the race

The objective is to collect points for the championship, but Dani Pedrosa is still disappointed with this situation, even if he managed to obtain a good position (12th) on the grid in the official qualifying for the Qatar Grand Prix, which would have been better if the physical condition has been fully recovered after the latest misadventures.

“I didn't expect to improve my time so much yesterday, this shows that we are making progress”, says Pedrosa. “The leg feels a little better, although not enough to feel good on the bike. My lap time is not that bad considering my physical condition and the time I spent away from the track, but for sure I want to be faster and at the front on the starting grid. For the race I will try to give my best, also because I am convinced that I can improve by another 1".
