MotoGP GP Spain Jerez Repsol Honda – Joan Mir finished the Spanish Grand Prix, held on the Angel Nieto circuit in Jerez, in 12th position.

The Honda rider commented on his performance on the track with a realistic but determined attitude. Expressing gratitude to his team for their work over the weekend, Mir highlighted the progress made so far. While acknowledging that there is still much to be done to close the performance gap, he praised his effort during the race, making the most of the current resources available. Looking to the future, Mir anticipated with interest the tests scheduled for the following day, hoping to gain further useful information for the improvement of the team and its motorcycle package

“We have to be satisfied with what we achieved today. From the start of the weekend until now we have been able to improve and I really have to thank my team for the work they have done in helping us make this progress. Today I managed to have a solid race, I think I achieved the best I could with the package we have at the moment. Of course the gap is still very large and we have to continue working, but tomorrow, Monday, we will have a test. I can't wait to try what we have to understand what the next steps will be."
