"We have to try something more for tomorrow" added the Spaniard
MotoGP GP Spain Jerez Yamaha – Alex Rins closed the first day of testing for the Jerez Grand Prix, fourth stage of the 2024 MotoGP, with the 15th time.
The Spaniard struggled to find the rhythm during the first round, finishing in 17th place. In the afternoon things improved slightly.

“There were many, many accidents today. I do not know why. But overall, for us, it was a day with a lot of problems on the bike. We are still struggling with the same problems we have had in the last few races. It's so hard to turn the bike. We've tried different things, but the main problem is still the same. I tried to follow someone in the last minutes of this last round and I was able to make a comparison. We have to try something more for tomorrow. But we're trying a little bit of everything. On Monday we will also check whether the new elements being tested can help us make a breakthrough."
