MotoGP | Argentina GP Press Conference: Petrucci, “After Qatar I was disappointed, now I'm motivated”

MotoGP Gp Termas de Rio Hondo – Danilo Petrucci was also present at the press conference preceding the Argentine Grand Prix, second stage of the 2019 MotoGP.

The Ducati rider, fresh from the disappointment of Qatar, arrives on the Argentine track with the desire to do well. The rider from Terni has never achieved excellent results on this track, so this will be his chance to make up for it, despite the fact that the South American track is not one of the favorites of the Borgo Panigale team.

These are the words of Danilo Petrucci: “After the race I was quite disappointed, because I had gone fast in the tests and over the weekend, but I made 2 mistakes. I got the wrong tire on the front, which didn't allow me to push and be comfortable for the battle, it was difficult to overtake. I got a bad start and had difficulty braking. However we were fast all weekend and I returned home with a lot of motivation. I like this circuit, but I've never done very well here, both due to bad luck and mistakes. My goal is to stay around the top 5 and fight with the guys in front. Weather forecasts are impossible to make here, we will have to see what the track conditions will be like.”
