MotoGP: Ducati, Nicky Hayden hopes for a step forward in Assen with the new chassis

We had a week without races but it went by really quickly, between a test at Mugello and two events I attended for Ducati. It's therefore already time to think about Assen which is always a very nice event.

I have good memories of that track, where I won in 2006, and I love going there for the history and tradition it represents. The design of the track has changed over the years but I am among those who like the new section. So far we have paid some delay on the others but we have continued to work and in Holland I will have another chassis update. The first helped improve the feeling, with this we hope to lower the times. It's clear that Ducati is working hard, something that gives great motivation to me, the team and everyone who supports us. I'm also looking forward to driving the GP11.1.

It will no longer be a Ducati, it will be a Japanese car common to everyone like a prostitute... KEEP IT, it doesn't help me either.

Hahahaha, you are strong…! You don't even have to drive it.

From what they told Studio Sport, Ducati will bring a completely new bike to Assen, a B version.
I don't know how reliable Guido Meda's comment is, but if that's really the case, they used the tests on the Mille to improve the 800. They were very clever, let's hope it's of some use!
