MotoGP: Dani Pedrosa, “Track in worse conditions than during testing”

MotoGP 2015 Repsol Honda Misano – Good start at Misano for Dani Pedrosa, the last Honda rider to win in 2010 on the track named after the late Marco Simoncelli. The Honda rider closed the first day of testing with the third fastest time (0.387 behind Yamaha compatriot Jorge Lorenzo) and in addition to the lap time, he demonstrated excellent pace. “The track today was in worse condition than when we tested before the summer break. It was much dirtier, there was less grip and it was more difficult to find a good feeling with the bike – said Dani Pedrosa – Since the temperatures were lower I thought there would be more grip, but that wasn't the case. Today we worked well and pushed hard, but tomorrow we need to continue working to improve further.”
