MotoGP Brno, Free Practice 1: Lorenzo leads the Spanish "troop", the Ducatis do well, Rossi is 6th
Andrea Dovizioso, Andrea Iannone and Valentino Rossi are in fourth, fifth and sixth positions
MotoGP 2015 GP Czech Republic FP1 – Jorge Lorenzo achieved the best time of the first free practice session of the MotoGP class in Brno, scene of the Czech Republic Grand Prix.
The two-time MotoGP world champion stopped the clock at 1:56.499, a time that allowed him to beat his compatriots Marc Marquez and Dani Pedrosa, Honda factory riders. The two are separated by 0.151s and 0.285s respectively.
Ducati did well, placing Andrea Dovizioso in fourth and Andrea Iannone in fifth position. Behind the two GP15s we find Valentino Rossi, just over half a second off the top.
The seven-time MotoGP world champion precedes his brand mate Bradley Smith, the Suzukis of Aleix Espargarò and Maverick Vinales and the Honda Factory of Cal Crutchow.
Fifteenth time for Danilo Petrucci; the Terni rider from Team Pramac Ducati is ahead of Nicky Hayden's Honda Open and the Frenchman Mike di Meglio's Ducati Open.
Twenty-third and twenty-fourth positions for Claudio Corti from Como (Yamaha Open Forward Racing) and for Alex de Angelis from San Marino (ART Iodaracing).
