MotoGP Argentina Day2: Lorenzo, “It's a shame about the rain, we could have improved in the dry
The Majorcan will start from 16th place, but some changes give him hope for the race
Ducati MotoGP GP Argentina Day 2 – Jorge Lorenzo will start the Argentine Grand Prix from the sixteenth spot on the grid. The Ducati rider, after failing to qualify directly in Q2, was unable to find the right feeling and with the addition of the wet asphalt, that of the Majorcan, it was a disastrous qualifying.
These are the words of Jorge Lorenzo: “It's a shame about the rain today, because I'm convinced that we could have improved our position a lot in dry conditions. Unfortunately in both FP3 and Q1 we were unable to take advantage of the improvements we found with the new ergonomics of the bike, although I know I still need time to adapt to this riding position. Tomorrow, however, it should be dry and we'll see if I can improve my performance in the race compared to practice."
