Tenth time for the reigning champion Pecco Bagnaia
MotoGP GP Argentina Free Practice 1 – Aprilia on top in the first free practice session of the MotoGP class at Termas de Rio Hondo, scene of the Argentine Grand Prix, second race of the 2023 MotoGP.
Double for the Italian manufacturer, with Maverick Vinales in the lead with a time of 1:39.207 followed 0.284s by Aleix Espargarò, with the #41 who won on this track last year, the only victory for the Venetian manufacturer in the Top Class.
Third time for the Ducati of Jorge Martin's Team Pramac, which precedes the Honda of Team LCR of Takaaki Nakagami and his brand teammates Alex Marquez (Gresini Racing), Johann Zarco (his team-mate, ed.) and Luca Marini (VR46 Racing Team ).
Closing out the Top Ten are a revived Franco Morbidelli, eighth with the Yamaha Factory, Marco Bezzecchi with the second Desmosedici of the VR46 Racing Team and the reigning champion Pecco Bagnaia, Ducati Factory.
Fabio Di Giannantonio with the second Gresini Racing Ducati is 12th, while Fabio Quartararo struggles, only 15th. We remember the absences due to injury of Pol Espargarò, Enea Bastianini, Miguel Oliveira and Marc Marquez.
