IRTA Test Sepang WithU Yamaha RNF 2022 – Andrea Dovizioso leaves Sepang with a few too many question marks.

The Team WithU Yamaha RNF rider was unable to improve the feeling with his Yamaha M1 Factory in the two-day Malaysian test and now there is only the Indonesian test in Mandalika to try to improve and be ready for the first race of the season scheduled for March 6 in Qatar.

“After the five races last year, the end-of-season tests and these, it is increasingly clear what to do with the bike to be faster and what isn't working. You only have to ride in one direction, because the motorbike has very particular characteristics. In terms of chassis, braking and turn-in it's a 'beautiful' bike, but it has other aspects where we struggle a lot and if you don't ride in that direction, as Fabio (Quartararo) is doing, everything gets complicated. The problem exists both in the flying lap and in the race pace.”
