Moto2 Brno, Free Practice 2: Mika Kallio wins the best time
The Finn ahead of Takaaki Nakagami and Pol Espargarò, Pasini is sixth
Mika Kallio achieved the best time in the second free practice session of the Moto2 class in Brno, scene of the Czech Grand Prix.
The Finnish driver of the Marc VDS Racing Team stopped the clock at a time of 2'03"230, keeping the Japanese Takaaki Nakagami behind by just 26 thousandths, also on a Kalex, but from Team Italtrans, who was beaten just under the checkered flag.
Third time for Pol Espargarò, the best of Free Practice 1, who finished ahead of his teammate Esteve Rabat (winner in Indy) and the Frenchman of the Came Iodaracing Team Joahnn Zarco.
Mattia Pasini had a good session, finishing sixth and therefore the best of our team. The Team NGM Mobile driver is ahead of world leader Scott Redding and the Swiss Thomas Luthi. The Belgian Xavier Simeon and the Spaniard Julian Simon close the Top Ten.
It went quite well for Sandro Cortese, the 2012 Moto3 champion and twelfth in this round, just over half a second from the top. More difficult were Simone Corsi and Alex de Angelis, also like Pasini on the Speed Ups of Team NGM Mobile. In fact, the two finished in nineteenth and thirty-third position respectively, with the latter the victim of a fall that caused him to lose a good part of the session.
