125cc – Losail Warm Up – Again Julian Simon

Once again Julian Simon led the 125 Class classification in the Warm Up on the Losail track, Qatar. The Bancaja Aspar team rider, who will start at 20pm local time from pole position, stopped the clock at 00'2"09, ahead of Andrea Iannone in the standings by 303 thousandths, a positive second on the Ongetta team's Aprilia. Behind the Italian rider we find Nicolas Terol, followed by Bradley Smith, Sergio Gadea, Marc Marquez and Pol Espargaro in eighth position.

To find another Italian on the grid you have to go to 12th position with Simone Corsi, while Lorenzo Savadori is 19th, Lorenzo Zanetti 21st, Luca Marconi 28th, two positions ahead of his CBC Corse teammate Luca Vitali.

Worth noting is the bad fall of Matthew Hoyle, who was taken on a stretcher to the track's medical center after an almost incomprehensible high-side in the braking section of the first corner. Hoyle, driver of the debuting Haojue, still recorded the last time in the standings.
