As usual on the Thursday preceding the race weekend, tomorrow there will be a fun pre-event which will see fourteen riders involved in the Superbike, Superstock and Supersport World Championships competing in a pedalo race, in full Romagna spirit.

It starts at 17pm on the free beach of Misano, in Piazzale Roma, and whoever, arriving from the sea, closes an umbrella first, wins.
The 'Romagna Style' pedal boats will host 7 crews who will be drawn before departure.
The riders who will participate in the challenge will be: Loris Baz (Kawasaki Racing Team), Marco Melandri (Aprilia Racing Team), Davide Giugliano (Ducati SBK Team), Eugene Laverty (Voltcom Crescent Suzuki), Leon Haslam (Pata Honda WSBK), Niccolò Canepa (Althea Racing Team), Sylvain Barrier (BMW Motorrad Italia), Claudio Corti (MV Reparto Corse – YMS), Alessandro Andreozzi (Team Pedercini), Aaron Yates (Hero EBR), Ayrton Badovini (Bimota), Lorenzo Zanetti (Pata Honda WSS ), Raffaele De Rosa (CIA Insurance Honda) and Roberto Tamburini (San Carlo Puccetti Racing).

The radio voices of Virgin Radio, Ringo and Giovanni Di Pillo will frame the event: at the end there will be an aperitif for all participants.

The initiative is organized by WSBK Dorna Group, in collaboration with the Municipality of Misano Adriatico, the Misano World Circuit, the Cooperativa Bagnini di Misano and opens the program of collateral events linked to the Riviera di Rimini Round.
