Meanwhile, on the investigation front, after the opening of a file by the Public Prosecutor's Office of the Court of Rimini, entrusted to the public prosecutor Paolo Gengarelli, in which the hypothesis of a crime involving personal injury on the road against the 30-year-old from Morciano di Romagna is who hit Hayden with the car, the family decided to formally appoint the lawyer Moreno Maresi of the Rimini Bar to follow the investigations.
