The already large team of English drivers in the top production-derived championship this weekend, on the occasion of the appointment at Donington Park, will be strengthened by two new faces: Luke Mossey will make his debut in Team Pedercini Racing in place of Yonny Hernández, stopped by problems with the visa, and Bradley Ray will make his WorldSuperbike debut in the Buildbase Suzuki team.

Both very young, Mossey 25 years old and Bradley 21 years old, compete in the British Superbike, where they represent the most promising British talents: the first is Leon's teammate Haslam (Kawasaki Puccetti Racing), also present at Donington Park as a wildcard, while the second is the reference rider for Suzuki UK and is currently second in the championship after some races as an absolute protagonist.

Lucio Pedercini, team manager, is enthusiastic about Mossey's arrival: “Luke Mossey is a young and promising rider and it will be interesting to see what he does with our bike, given that he generally races another Kawasaki model. We must immediately fix the electronic part, adapting it to his driving style and his sensations, it won't be easy, but we will do our best."

For Bradley Ray, however, the challenge will be even more exciting given the technical handicap with which he will take to the track: his Suzuki GSX-R 1000 will in fact have BSB specifications, a championship where the use of the common Motec control unit is mandatory and any type of control unit is prohibited. of electronic aid, from traction control, to anti-wheelie, to starting assistance and so on.

Driving without electronics will be a big question mark especially from mid-race onwards, when grip drops, and especially on a track like Donington Park: a good test for the young Englishman who has already conquered everyone thanks to a dazzling one-two in start to the season and crazy races at Brands Hatch and Oulton Park.

“It will be wonderful to enter the Superbike World Championship. The primary objective is to accumulate kilometers and move forward with the development of the bike, given that in this period there are no BSB races. For this reason we will use the GSX-RR with BSB specifications, we are interested in moving forward and showing up even stronger in the next races. In any case, it will be exciting to be able to compete with the World Championship riders and see where we are in terms of the bike's potential." - commented Bradley Ray.

Among the wildcards we will also see Gino Rea (OMG Racing UK) and Mason Law (Team WD40).
