Qatar 125 cc – Andrea Dovizioso on provisional pole

Andrea Dovizioso took provisional pole position in the 125 class in Qatar. The Honda rider from Forlì achieved it with a time of 2'13"907 ahead of Roberto Locatelli who was 198 behind

thousandths. Third and fourth times for two other Italians, respectively Simone Corsi (2'14"562) and Marco Simoncelli (2'14"645).

Fifth time for Casey Stoner, the Australian from KTM lapped in 2'14"828 and preceded Mika Kallio on KTM (2'14"843), Mirko Giansanti from Terni (2'15"048) and the Spaniard from Derbi Jorge Lorenzo (2'15″052).

The German Jenkner opens the provisional third row, followed by Ballerini, Nieto and Simon. Thirteenth time for Hector Barbera.
