The long winter break is finally coming to an end: tomorrow and Wednesday the first 2017 Winter Test session will begin on the Jerez de la Frontera track, with more than half of the teams participating in the MOTUL FIM Superbike World Championship present.

The Kawasaki Racing Team is unmissable and is ready to continue the development work started at the end of last season during the tests in Aragon and Jerez: Jonathan Rea and Tom Sykes are called upon once again to defend the world titles they have won.
Competing against them are Aruba.it Racing – Ducati who will work with Marco Melandri to increase the feeling with the Panigale, and with Chaz Davies to continue the development program.

Michael van der Mark will make his third outing with the Pata Yamaha Official WorldSBK Team, with the aim of continuing the journey of harmony with the YZF R1 alongside Alex Lowes.
The new Milwaukee Aprilia team will also be on the track with Lorenzo Savadori and Eugene Laverty aiming to make great progress aboard the RSV4 RF.

The Honda World Superbike Team is called to face an important test this week, since it will have the new CBR1000RR Fireblade SP at its disposal, as Nicky Hayden and Stefan Bradl hoped for on the eve.
Among those present there will also be the Althea BMW Racing team who will continue their work with the confirmed Jordi Torres and Markus Reiterberger.

Making their debut in the 2017 WorldSBK class, Kawasaki Puccetti Racing will take to the track with veteran Randy Krummenacher, while Briton Kyle Ryde will get on his Kawasaki ZX-6R for the first time.
