MotoGP Australian GP VR46 Salucci Marini – Intercepted by Sandro Donato Grosso during the afternoon tests at Phillip Island, Alessio Salucci talked about Luca Marini's first day in Australia, revealing how the Italian - never really competitive today - suffered not only from a setting that was not yet optimal, but also a physical condition that forced him to struggle during his runs on the track.

Due to shoulder problems resulting from Mandalika's fall, Marini was unable to make the most of the bike's potential, an aspect which led him to end today with the 19th fastest time. An unsatisfactory condition, obviously, which he and the team hope to improve during the remainder of this Australian weekend. Marc Bezzecchi, on the other hand, was better, fast in all conditions of use of the package and ready to progress in view of the sessions scheduled for tomorrow and the day after (weather permitting)

See you tonight for the last free practice session before the actual race at Phillip Island, which has been brought forward to tomorrow - replacing the Sprint - due to the adverse weather conditions expected for Sunday.
