MotoGP – Valentino Rossi: “The GP at 16pm was stupid”MotoGP – Valentino Rossi: “The GP at 16pm was stupid”

Valentino Rossi, as we know, doesn't mince his words, he's always been someone who puts his face to the test and this time too he was no different. What sent the Pesaro native into a rage was the moving of the MotoGP race in Sepang to 16.00pm local time, 10am Italian time. This time change occurred so as not to "overlap" the MotoGP with the Formula 1 which races in Suzuka at 08.00 Italian time, but as the Pesaro native says, at that time in Sepang there is a 90% chance of rain, which has already happened last year. Here are his words as reported by Gazzetta.it

“By now we know that here after a certain time – says Rossi – generally 15.30pm, it almost certainly rains and it really seems like we are standing there waiting for it to start raining. We always bow down to the excessive power of Formula 1, which doesn't give a damn about us in MotoGP and isn't afraid of anything. We are the ones who are afraid! At 14pm here there is a 90% chance that it won't rain while at 16pm there is the same percentage that it will rain, it's really stupid. Last year – he continues – I was playing for the World Cup and I was very scared. The race started at 16pm, I started from pole, I was in the lead and then after a few laps we had to stop the race and start again with rain setup. Those who organize should calculate these things and not always think only about TV."

well done, you're absolutely right, I would like to see the 125 and moto 2 race but the latter is overlapped by f1, a race that I want to see but I'm missing out on moto2 and I'm a bit pissed off. hi vale, you're great.

Do you think all the money you have comes from audience tickets?
Advertising dear Rossi, only and exclusively advertising and therefore as many television viewers as possible!
Obviously Formula One (unfortunately) has a much higher media power than MotoGP and therefore the one who has to adapt is the latter.
