Force India has agreed to release Giancarlo Fisichella from his contract to allow the Roman driver to race with Ferrari in Monza and until the end of the 2009 Formula 1 world championship. Added to the chorus of comments was also that of Valentino Rossi, Yamaha driver . The Pesaro native said he was happy for Fisichella and was keen to specify that he would not be ready at the moment as his neck muscles are not trained, the same muscles that prevented Michael Schumacher's return to Ferrari. Here are Rossi's words as reported by SportMediaset.

“I'm really happy for Fisichella. Apart from Badoer, it's been a very long time since an Italian driver raced for Ferrari. Good luck to him and the Maranello team, let's hope it goes as fast as it did in Spa. It wouldn't have been possible for me to do that race. I should have trained with my neck, I just couldn't do it. Even if the case were to arise, I still wouldn't be able to do an F1 race, neither this year nor next.”
