MotoGP Valencia, Qualifying: The word to Pedrosa, Lorenzo and Stoner
Here's what the front row riders had to say
The last front row of this MotoGP season fully reflects the values of a championship dominated by Lorenzo, Pedrosa and Stoner. In fact, they are the ones who place themselves in front of everyone, with Pedrosa who at the end prints an incredible lap, beating the track record that had stood since 2006 (last year of the 1000cc), then immediately after Lorenzo and precisely Casey Stoner.
Here's what the top three said in parc fermé:
Dani Pedrosa – 1nd -: “I really like racing here, but maybe it will rain tomorrow and so we should take yesterday's data. In any case, I'm happy that I took the last pole of the season."
Jorge Lorenzo – 2st -: “Tomorrow I'll definitely try, racing here, it's really strange after Phillip Island, there's a particular asphalt here. I tried to get pole, but the truth is that Dani did an incredible lap. However, tomorrow there are many laps and we can try to win"
Casey Stoner – 3st -: “Today's position isn't the best, but I haven't liked the asphalt all weekend. Then today I had problems with the electronics which cut off a lot of my power. It was frustrating, but I really like this track"

but also of today's qualifications, not an article, nothing. There's a lot to say about today's qualifying but that's not what it says.
Anyway, congratulations to 46 for having held the same position for two years, i.e. – TWO SECONDS IN THE WRIST.

Tomorrow I predict a good race...the three above will try to win the race and finish first...Casey because he will want to end on a high note and say "...here it is my dear friends...I won 6 races like you this year and be grateful that I'm going away. .” ; Dani will weigh “..Dear Jorge, I'll let you immediately understand who you'll have to deal with next year..”, Jorge “..I'll show you who the new n°1 is”
Furthermore, I think the race is interesting also because there is no great certainty about the race pace... it will all depend on the choice of tire and the grip of the asphalt... then in case it rains it will be a lottery;
I will enjoy the last races of my favorite driver...and tomorrow I will cheer for him...but may the best man win!!
PS: Stoner complains about the Traction Control being too invasive...this is the second time he's complained about it...I think the team advised him to set the TC in a "precautionary" way to avoid problems like those in Indy...but according to I'll set it to minimum tomorrow as always...
