MotoGP Valencia: Marc Marquez “Nice to start the most important weekend of the season like this”
Best time for the world championship leader, who preceded Pedrosa and Lorenzo
di Alessio BrunoriNovember 8, 2013
Marc Marquez started the most important weekend of the season and probably of his career in the best possible way. The world championship leader in fact achieved the best time in free practice in Valencia, putting himself behind team-mate Dani Pedrosa and rival in the title race Jorge Lorenzo. Here's what he said at the end of the tests.
“It was nice to start the most important week of the season with a good feeling. We still need to improve the setup, but we were the fastest, which is the key thing ahead of Sunday's race. Tomorrow we will continue in the same way, trying to improve and take another step forward, because I'm sure the others will do so."
