MotoGP testing for 2010 continues on the Valencia track. On the second day the fastest rider was Jorge Lorenzo. The Majorcan Yamaha rider in fact stopped the clock at a time of 1:31.939, ahead of the Ducati of Australian Casey Stoner and the Yamahas of team-mate Valentino Rossi and an increasingly surprising Ben Spies. In fact, after making his debut on Friday on the Yamaha YZR-M1 as a wild card, the latter is continuing his apprenticeship with the 800cc (remember that this year Spies was the Superbike world champion). Behind the American we find compatriot Nicky Hayden with the Ducati who confirms yesterday's 5th time ahead of the Hondas of Dani Pedrosa (he tested a new swingarm, a new frame and new Bridgestone tyres) and Randy De Puniet and the Suzuki of Loris Capirossi .

Tenth time instead for Marco Melandri, the man from Ravenna who returned to the Honda of Team Gresini after his experience in Ducati first and Hayate then precedes Aleix Espargaro with the Ducati of Pramac Racing and Andrea Dovizioso, with the Honda of Team Repsol, the latter crashing after a high side. Of the three rookies coming from the 250 class, the best was Hector Barbera who brought the Team Aspar Ducati to thirteenth position ahead of Marco Simoncelli's Honda and Alvaro Bautista's Suzuki. Sixteenth time instead for the 2009 quarter-liter champion Hiroshi Aoyama. Colin Edwards absent due to physical problems. Also today some Moto2 on track with Xavier Simeon and Joan Olive.
