MotoGP | Sepang Test Day 2: Miller, “If we had pushed a little more, we could have been even faster”

IRTA Test Sepang Ducati MotoGP 2022 – Jack Miller closed the Sepang test with the 14th fastest time.

Over the course of the two days, the Ducati rider continued the work program started in Spain, in Jerez de la Frontera, last November, and also tested the new solutions developed by the Ducati Corse engineers during the winter. The Australian completed 92 laps, recording his best time of 1:58.645, 380 thousandths behind his teammate.

“Thanks to the data collected on the first day, today we managed to make a big step forward and I also felt more comfortable on the bike. Unfortunately we couldn't take advantage of the afternoon due to the rain, but we still managed to carry out a large part of our program. I've mainly been busy testing various new components and, if we had pushed a little more, we could have been even faster, but still we're not far from the leaders. Overall I am satisfied with these first two days of work and I can't wait to get back on track in a few days in Mandalika.”
