Andrea Dovizioso is not entirely happy after the second day of collective MotoGP testing in Sepang. The Team Jir Scot rider and former world champion in the 125 class has not in fact completely solved the braking and cornering problems that he had already experienced yesterday. The driver from Forlì completed 55 laps today with a best time of 2'02"006, eighth best time of the day. Dovizioso also tried Michelin qualifying tires without however finding a big improvement and this is also what he will work on tomorrow. The word is up to him.

“I'm not fully satisfied with today, I'm very demanding and I wanted to solve many more things. There are still problems in the engine brake calibration, with annoying vibrations on the rear of the bike which complicate the setup work. Driving is therefore particularly tiring and for someone like me who prefers clean driving it is not a source of great satisfaction. In short, we need to improve. I tried some new tires and it's a bit early to make a judgment but I'm working a lot with Michelin to grow together. I have also been using tires for some time, to get to know them better and to see what lap performance I can give. The improvement was only three tenths so we still have to work on the general setting of the bike.”
