MotoGP Test Misano: Valentino Rossi “We have improved some details”
Positive test day for the nine-time world champion from Yamaha
Valentino Rossi achieved the third fastest time in the Misano Post-GP Test, where yesterday the thirteenth stage of the 2013 world championship was held, dominated by Jorge Lorenzo. The Pesaro rider tested both the bike with 2014 details and the current one, with the aim of improving the feeling, especially when braking. At the end of the test he said he was satisfied and it was up to him.
“Luckily it was a good day, the weather was good. It was important to have a test day like this in Misano, because we had many things to test. I used two bikes, the one with details for next year and the current one. In the end it was a good test. It was important because we found some improvements in some areas, small details, but a good way to continue progressing. We did a lot of comparisons between the two bikes, but in the end the performance is very similar. Now a couple of days of rest and then we will be ready for Aragon!”
