MotoGP | Misano Test Day 1: Valentino Rossi, “Better feeling”

MotoGP GP Misano Yamaha Petronas SRT 2021 – Valentino Rossi closed the first day of testing on the Misano track with the eleventh fastest time.

The Pesaro native didn't try anything new during the day, but concentrated on setting up the bike. There was only one day of testing scheduled, but given the difficult conditions of the first half of the day, the #46 decided to run tomorrow too.

“It was a good day, at the end I was faster and had more feeling than the rest of the weekend. I was able to ride better and brake later, the weather wasn't bad - It was a positive day. We DIDN'T have a lot of stuff to try, but we preferred to work on the balance of the bike and the feeling improved. I will also test tomorrow and we will always try to improve the balance. We'll try to do some kilometres."
