MotoGP – Losail Test Day 2 – Dani Pedrosa: "It was an unexpected fall"

As written yesterday, Dani Pedrosa suffered a bad blow to his left wrist due to a bad fall at turn ten. The Spanish Team Honda Repsol rider also suffered injuries to his left knee, the one already injured in the Phillip Island tests. Up to that point the former world champion of the 125 and 250 classes was performing quite well and the fall came in a completely unexpected way. “The first part of the session went very well and I was happy with the progress that was made. The conditions were not ideal, with sand blowing across the track, but this was an unexpected crash. I was entering turn ten and I lost control of the bike. It's a shame, because we also lost time in yesterday's tests, but now I want to go home for some checks, hoping there isn't something more serious."
