MotoGP – Losail Test Day 2 – Andrea Dovizioso: "It was an interesting day"

Andrea Dovizioso from Forlì is satisfied with the second day of MotoGP night testing on the Losail circuit in Qatar. The Team Honda Repsol rider who finished with a time of 1'57.879, fourth overall, has in fact worked in the right direction and on the third and final day of testing he will try (weather permitting) to improve his performance, to try to get closer to at the times recorded in the 2008 GP. “This was an interesting day and I'm happy with how it went. We tried many settings with the electronic systems to improve power delivery. The results were very positive and now we will have a meeting to decide which direction to work in from tomorrow. The track conditions were not as bad but not as good as last year's race, but considering the wind today, it was ok. My lap time wasn't as fast as the race but today was a good test and we're moving in the right direction.”
