MotoGP Test Jerez: Marc Marquez “We tried several things that we don't have time to check in the race”

Marc Marquez he closed the day of testing in Jerez with the 1st time, trailing Jorge Lorenzo by two tenths. The reigning world champion, despite coming off 4 consecutive victories in as many races, he certainly doesn't rest on his laurels and today he tried several new solutions on his HRC. In particular, Marquez tested new electronic setups and also a new rear suspension.

“Today went quite well – said Marc Marquez – we managed to find several good solutions. We didn't have anything important to test, but there are certain things that we never have time to check on race weekends and we did so today, such as on the electronics, on the starting strategies and various setups. Although I feel good on the bike, we tested several things for the future. We tried a different rear suspension but in the end we preferred to continue with the one we also used over the weekend, with which I have a better feeling."
