Irta test – LCR Honda: First full day of work for the LCR team on the Sepang track. Despite the uncertain weather and the many components to test for next season, Cal Crutchlow completed all the tests scheduled for today, closing this first session in Malaysia in ninth position. The Englishman will be back on track tomorrow morning and will continue the "roughing" work on the RC213V.
Here are the words of Cal Crutchlow: “Today was a good day. We are really satisfied with the work that Honda has done over the winter and we have them to thank for that. The LCR Honda CASTROL team also worked very well. It's nice to get back together and work together again after the break. It was a positive day because I was fast throughout. Tomorrow we will return to the track and try to improve the lap time, but overall I am very happy."
