MotoGP – Sachsenring QP1 – Valentino Rossi: "We can fight, we are close"

After yesterday's day to forget, Valentino Rossi today found the key to the problem by solving the grip problems of his Yamaha M1 both at the front and at the rear together with his team. Rossi said he was happy especially compared to yesterday where he also crashed. The gap that separates him from pole is minimal tomorrow, and it is to be expected, they will have to deal with him too.

“Today I'm much happier, we did a good job, especially considering where we started yesterday. This morning we improved the bike on the front end, yesterday in fact I wasn't riding, I was going around!! We also solved the problems at the rear even though I could have done a bit better with the qualifying tyre.
I'm a tenth from pole, it will be a difficult race with at least 4-5 riders competing. We can fight!!”
