MotoGP 2015 German GP Day 1: if part of the Noale team was busy carrying out development work on the bike today Alvaro BautistaThe team Michael Laverty he focused on finding racing sensations for a rider who knows the RS-GP very well, albeit only in development test mode.
Alvaro's day, however, was disturbed by a fall in FP1 which did not allow him to go beyond the 18th time (1'23,286), while his teammate set the 24th mark (1'24,446).

“In the morning there was this crash at turn 11 – he commented Alvaro Bautista – the problem was that the wound on the arm operated on last week opened up a bit. But in the afternoon I still managed to ride, we always used the same tires for the whole session to find a good setting. Now our most important objective is to improve rear grip, I need to feel the tire more on the asphalt."

“In Fp1 I felt more and more comfortable on the bike with each outing on the track and in fact I set my best time in the last run – the impressions of Michael Laverty. In the afternoon, unfortunately, I was only able to complete one clean run at the end of the session and so I wasn't able to improve. In general my feeling with the bike is quite good. We can improve on the grip front: today I briefly tested the rear suspension link like the one Alvaro uses and it seems to give some improvements, so tomorrow we will try it on both bikes."
