MotoGP – Preview Jerez – Andrea Dovizioso: "We are very motivated"

Andrea Dovizioso arrives in Jerez de la Frontera with great motivation. The rider from Forlì of Team Honda Repsol, after the nice podium achieved in the opening race in Qatar, wants to continue on the path he has taken. The missed Japanese GP is now forgotten and although the Spanish track is not among his favorites he will try to make the most of it. Then in the post-GP tests on Monday he will try to get the most out of his Honda RC212V. He has the microphone.

“We were very motivated for the Japan race and we will certainly carry that determination forward to Jerez. To be honest the track is not one of my favorites and is quite slow but the crowd and the atmosphere are incredible, because there are always so many spectators in the grandstands and the hills. I've never had really decent results at this track in the past, but now we're coming to Jerez after an important result in Qatar and I'm looking forward to racing this race and continuing in the positive direction we've taken. My goal is to maintain the momentum we have and build on it in the next races. I'm also looking forward to the Post-Gp test on Monday. This year there are not so many opportunities to test and Monday will be important and we will work hard to make the most of it.”
