MotoGP Yamaha presentation – The Yamaha M1 which will take part in the 2018 MotoGP season was presented today in Madrid.

Motor: 1000cc liquid-cooled, 4-cylinder in-line with cross crankshaft, capable of delivering a power of over 240 HP.

Chassis: Delta Box with double aluminum beam and adjustable steering geometry. Aluminum swingarm.

Suspensions: Öhlins upside-down fork at the front and Öhlins rear shock absorber

Transmission: Six-speed gearbox with adjustable ratio

: Magneti Marelli control unit programmed with Dorna Unico Software

: Michelin on 17" magnesium rims

Brakes: Brembo, double 320 mm or 340 mm carbon disc at the front, two 4-piston calipers. Rear steel disc with 2-piston caliper.
