MotoGP – Motegi Day 1 – Great day for Dani Pedrosa

Today was a great day for Dani Pedrosa; the Spanish driver in fact first obtained the best time in the two free practice sessions and then renewed his contract with HRC for another two seasons. Pedrosa is therefore obviously satisfied with the day although he knows that he will still have to work if he wants to maintain these performances. The word is up to him.

“I'm satisfied, on this first day I was fast and I ran at a good and constant pace. This morning it was hot but this afternoon the temperature increased again but I didn't encounter any particular problems. I like this track and we have to continue working because we know our rivals will. I'm also very happy with the renewal of the contract with Honda, I hope to continue this weekend as we started it.”
