MotoGP – Misano QP1 – Alex De Angelis confident for the race

In his home GP at Misano Adriatico Alex De Angelis will start from seventh position on the starting grid. From the third row the San Marino driver will try to get a good start straight away to be able to fight with the leaders, very confident and satisfied with the pace shown in the practice sessions of these two days.

“I started this afternoon's session very well with a good pace using the race tires but with the softer tires I wasn't able to improve and I'm quite disappointed because if I had gained just one tenth I would now be on the second row. In any case it is extremely important that our race configuration is excellent, I am in excellent shape and if I can get a good start I think we will be able to have another good race. I have many fans who will motivate me, I'm from San Marino and I would like to give them a good performance on this circuit."
