Jorge Lorenzo wins in Misano at the end of a race led alone from the first corner to the last lap. The Mallorcan, as he has done in recent races, took off like a rocket and at the end of the first lap he already had more than a second ahead of his pursuers, a gap that rose to 3 seconds after a few laps. Unlike the last races, however, Lorenzo did not let the Honda catch him, finishing 3 seconds ahead of Marquez and thus nibbling 5 points away from the Honda rookie, who however continues to have a 34 point lead in the standings.

“I did the same thing I had done in the last races – said Jorge Lorenzo – only now I was physically well and I was able to push from the first corner to the end and I achieved my goal. The seamless has given me several advantages, on the feeling of the bike in finding the right directions so I am very happy with this new gearbox, from the first time I used it I liked it but still today we worked well on the bike especially in the warm-up and so now I can't say how much this victory is due to the new gearbox or the changes made. Here in Italy I have been winning often in recent years (this year too two victories at Mugello and Misano ed.) but my championship is affected by that mistake in Assen and now I am forced to chase. Marquez is very strong, when he doesn't win he finishes second so it's hard to recover but we must not give up, we must continue to push and see where we get. However, if we continue like this we would be competitive in Aragon too. I want to dedicate this victory to Marco Simoncelli who was a cheerful boy and here he was the local driver, he lived a stone's throw from the circuit"

Jorge's race was perfectly boring (certainly not his fault) luckily the boy was also behind the show, making a mistake in the first laps and paying the consequences at the end, otherwise I don't know if it would have been so easy for Lorenzo but with the if you die of hunger
Well done Lorenzo, a solid race

However, dear Jorge, you have a lot of nerve to dedicate the victory to Sic, you who were complaining and saying it was dangerous.
do one thing, run and shut up and make a better impression

    1. If there's anyone who doesn't have the nerve, it's Lorenzo. Which by the way is not the first time he has paid homage to Marco's memory.
Simoncelli himself considers the criticisms leveled against him to be fair and undertakes to correct his behavior on the track.
I advise you to review your form of expression as you may be misunderstood

no misunderstanding, you understood very well
after having said that he is a dangerous rider he even proposed overtaking on straight bikes, and you call him a champion? for me she's a whiny little woman in the old days the drivers played each other on the track and shook hands on the podium
(if you are kids you haven't seen what a motorbike race was)
these are fake champions waiting for the real ones of future generations (hoping they arrive)

poor Sic with the buffer he had against the only thing he could say and agree with the "champion", but in his heart as a true sportsman he knew how to have fun and make us have fun with overtaking to the limit and sometimes even beyond but always spectacular
        none other than Jorge
but where do you see the GPs from behind the TV?
