MotoGP – Misano FP2 – Valentino Rossi ahead of Jorge Lorenzo

In the last test session of the San Marino and Rimini Riviera Grand Prix in Misano Adriatico, Valentino Rossi is the fastest driver. Taking to the track with a helmet dedicated to the event that reflects the mistake of Indianapolis with a well-imprinted "donkey", Rossi stopped the clocks at 1'34.528, two tenths ahead of Jorge Lorenzo who was not far behind.

The two Yamaha riders were the only ones to go under 1'35, only approached by Daniel Pedrosa, third, and the surprising Randy De Puniet who moved into fourth position with the Honda of the LCR team ahead of the second official Honda entrusted to Andrea Dovizioso who has Ohlins suspension.

Sixth time for Nicky Hayden, first Ducati rider followed by Colin Edwards, the Gresini team duo De Angelis and Elias with Aleix Espargaro tenth with the first Ducati Pramac, also ahead of Mika Kallio (13th) and his teammate Niccolò Canepa (14th).

At the bottom we find James Toseland, Marco Melandri and Gabor Talmacsi who always remains in last position.
