Yamaha is also thinking of going to the test organized by Honda on the Texan track Austin from March 12th to 14th. Initially the test was organized by the manufacturer privately, then Dorna and Irta asked him to give the other MotoGP teams the opportunity to participate as well, to allow all the riders to begin to become familiar with the new track of the Texas where this year for the first time the 1000cc cars will race from 19 to 21 April.

For now only Yamaha has accepted the "invitation" of Honda's rivals, also because shipping bikes, riders, teams and everything needed to the USA for three days of testing costs a lot, also taking into account that immediately after the test the material must immediately be packaged and sent to Jerez where there will be Irta test from March 23rd to 25th, therefore only 9 days after the end of the Austin test.
If Yamaha will be present in Texas it is because both Lorenzo and Rossi have shown interest in going there, although right now the Iwata company still has to decide whether it will send its riders and the entire team or just a test driver to collect the data necessary for the set-up on a track where the prototypes have never run.

        The reference to Bibo, if I didn't misunderstand his article..., is the shared opinion that the anti-Vale fans have suffered for many more years than us and therefore their hatred towards Rossi is understandable.
