French Grand Prix to forget for the Team Gresini MotoGP riders. Alvaro Bautista and Michele Pirro were the protagonists of a colorless race, with Pirro also suffering the shame of lapping with his FTR Honda CRT. Here are their words at the end of a day to archive.

“I didn't feel in tune with the bike and I wasn't able to keep up with the riders who were in front of me – said Alvaro Bautista, who finished tenth – The only possibility was to finish the race and so I did. I'm sorry but I'm saddened."

“Unfortunately it's the first time I've been lapped in my life and this left me very bitter – added Michele Pirro who finished 14th – Unfortunately the electronics didn't help me at all and without electronics in the wet the task was really difficult. I tried to bring home the minimum result anyway and I'm left with a lot of disappointment."
