MotoGP Jerez, Qualifying: Michele Pirro “We are ready for tomorrow's race”
The Ducati tester was disappointed by his lack of access to Q2, but happy with the step forward made yesterday

Michele Pirro will start tomorrow with the fourteenth fastest time in the MotoGP Spanish Grand Prix. The Ducati tester is a little disappointed at not having access to Q2, but is still satisfied with the step forward made compared to yesterday. The word is up to him.
“I'm a bit disappointed because in Q2 I made a couple of mistakes without which I would have competed in Q1. However, we have made a good step forward since yesterday, managing to improve around 9 tenths. We are ready for tomorrow's race, knowing that the temperature could rise, making everything more difficult. I thank Ducati for this opportunity and all the guys on the test team who constantly work to provide me with a competitive bike."
