Alvaro Bautista will start from the second row tomorrow in the MotoGP Spanish Grand Prix. The Team Gresini rider said he was quite satisfied, even if he has not yet completely solved the problems with the rear of his Honda RC213V. He also risked falling several times, so in the end he achieved a good result. He has the microphone.

“Today was not an easy qualifying because we had to work a lot to try to improve the problems we had yesterday with the rear wheel and we partly succeeded. Unfortunately, something is still missing and we will try to find the solutions in tomorrow morning's warm up. During qualifying I tried to give my best but the track conditions were difficult perhaps due to the heat and you struggled to control the front tire. It happened especially in the second outing when we mounted the new rear tire and this is certainly the explanation for the numerous crashes. I too risked falling several times but fortunately I remained in the saddle. In conclusion, the second row is a good result and I am confident that I can have a good race by staying with the second group because the first three seem unattainable to me. I have to thank the guys in the team who did a good job and I hope to give them a good result tomorrow."
